Ok, I did not like the Youtube chef videos.  No choices.  But I do like Rachel Ray.  She makes me laugh! And I do love watching Kitchen Nightmares but Gordon Ramsey swears too much for this PG rated site. This video reminded me of times when you came over and we made cookies in my kitchen.  We talked and laughed.  Whatever you decide to do with your life, be sure you enjoy it.  You might be doing it for a LONG time.  Making food for people is such a good thing because you are creating something that truly nourishes.  Maybe you won’t make chocolate cupcakes with Tofu chocolate icing (like Rachel Ray and Mayim Bialik), but I hope you are keeping a good watch on yourself and taking note of things that make you smile.  Find a way to do THOSE things for a living.  You cannot be poor doing what you love.  Enjoy!
