I know how you enjoy a good bath, Purity. Well, you might enjoy Bath, England as well. You see the Romans who conquered Britain many centuries ago liked a good bath too. So they built these AMAZING bath houses. They were like that spa we went to only much bigger. It was like a recreation center. People hung out and talked to their friends. They took a bath, had a massage. Kind of a nice way to spend an afternoon, huh? Of course this bath was built on the outer most part of the Roman Empire:Britain. So naturally the English have to keep it all…well…very English. The writer, Jane Austen lived in Bath so the Brits have an easy link to their past. Jane Austen (she wrote Pride and Prejudice along with a lot of other great books) lived with her aunt and uncle in Bath. So, they have a real English tea room right off the Roman Bath.
