Lake House Yoga

Well, our winter break holidays are winding down. Gotta try to hold on as long as we can. My year of health has kicked off well. I did some yoga yesterday. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried this. It really makes you feel good. Just be gentle with yourself. This is Colleen Saidman Yee, my favorite yogi. She put you through a very slow, quiet and relaxing yoga session. Give it a try.
