Dearest Bea,
I was so glad to hear that you are writing. It took me a LONG time to feel like I had anything to really say with my writing. I hope you know that you have so much to say. DO NOT WAIT until you know “the ending” or “the right title” before you start writing. All you need is the desire to express how you feel. Think of me as your gentle reader. I will always want to read what you have written. So keep a copy of everything you write so I can read it when we next see each other. You do not need ANYONE”S permission to express how you feel on a piece of paper. The paper will not tell you that you are mistaken or wrong. I always tell my students that a piece of paper is a universe. You, the writer, decide who lives, who dies (so no one better irritate you, right!?)who gets eaten by a blood thirsty T-Rex, and who wins the day. Today can and should be the best day of your life: the day you unleash yourself and write…whatever you want to say.
So, from one published writer to another, I congratulate you! Keep writing – everyday. I love you so much my busy Bea!
Love to the Eiffel Tower and Back,
Prudence XXOO
