Did you ever imagine you’d be able to see a single snowflake up so close? It’s kinda amazing isn’t it?! Kinda puts things into perspective. I’ve been trying to put things into perspective lately. I do not mean to tell you that the way it is now doesn’t suck. It just does. But this situation doesn’t have to be what defines your life. Perhaps it will make you so sure of what you do not want that you will, as soon as you are able, streak past us all and up to the sky to bright dreams you never thought possible. I’m trying to encourage you to see this tiny moment in your life (and that’s what it will be, eventually) as not the end. You will get through this difficult time and you will thrive. To tell you the truth, I thought my teenage years were tough. Now, I hardly think of them at all. I’ve endured snowstorms that were much more harsh. Keep looking for the light between the branches of this single snowflake time in your life. We all make it through. You will too! Love helps and you have such love out here pulling for you.
