Tonight’s work out was serendipitous!  That word means a happy coincidence. We did “mountains of pain.”  Ugh!  But I did get through ALL the exercises in 45 mins except the squats.  I’m getter stronger!

Just one more song before I go ( See how hard it is for me to leave you.) My BIGGEST fear is that you’ll forget to remember me.  I know it’s probably silly.  But it’s what makes it hard to sleep.  YOU have nothing to worry about.  I prove twice daily that I’m with you.  I’m not going anywhere.  But don’t forget to remember me. 🙂 Thanks to country gal Carrie Underwood!  I really love your song.
