Double workout done! My freezer is also FULL of organic chicken and fish. It doesn’t matter if I get disqualified on Monday or not, I’m going to be eating healthy for a looooong time. You see, if I do not lose 10lbs by the fifth week, the camp disqualifies me. So I gotta get down 6lbs by Sunday. I’ve been eating every two and a half to three hours, I’ve been working out all week. If I’m out, it won’t be because I didn’t try my best. It is SO important to give it your all, sweet sisters. Then, you cannot complain that you could have done more.
