If an adult is VERY wise, they learn from children. In my classroom, I tell my students this every year:

I have learned much from my teachers, more from my coworkers but the MOST from my students. The Zohar

The Zohar is a book that is very old.  It is book of Jewish mysticism.  You see, in the Zohar, children are more spiritually pure.  Why?  Because they are closest to God.  They are young in years on Earth.  But they are closer to God in that they are have fewer years of exposure to this arena called the physical plane of existence.  (Now, we are getting REALLY deep). Earth is full of despair, sadness, hatred, anger, heartache.  Children have had LESS exposure to this than adults.  Kinda makes sense, doesn’t it? Anyway, if an adult is wise, they will learn at least these three things from children…
