Dearest Purity,

Did you know there is a play called “Kiss Me Kate?”  It is a modern adaptation of William Shakespeare’s play, The Taming of the Shrew.  This is my favorite Shakespeare play.  I played Kate several years ago at VVC. I’ve never done the musical written by Cole Porter, but it sure looks like fun.

Well, since I gave Bea a hug, you get a kiss. (Bea’s post is from last Friday).

I remember when you were this small. We were all so glad you were with us. There are all these pictures of you in my lap at this age.  We are always together.  And we still are.  You are always in my thoughts and you’ve “sketched” yourself into my heart.  Never forget how very loved you are.
