Baby Steps, Big Plans

My new year’s resolution, as you know, is to get healthy! This morning, I got up and did some yoga. I ate healthy most of the day (except the pizza at lunch). My plan is to take baby steps and build up to big plans. A slight change here and there will garner big results providing I do it every day and stick with it. Some days are going to be very painful, like the first two weeks of Transformation Camp. I joined a month or so ago. In case you missed that post, I go to this gym (starting Jan 11th) and they kick my butt (weights – arms/legs etc). If I lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks, I get my gym fee back. Yeah, I’m going into warrior woman mode! So don’t be surprised if my posts this year are more tough girl. Gotta keep myself pushing toward my goal of 24 BMI (Body mass index). By summer, I plan to be wearing a bikini. In the meantime, I’m gently telling my body to wake up with yoga and preparing my mindset for baby steps and big plans.
