After we finished our Christmas shopping, I took Grandma for brunch at the country club.  They had all kinds of yummy food: French toast, made to order omelettes, cheesecake, sausages… Apparently Grandma loves sausage.  She even talked to Santa for a few minutes and he gave her a candy cane.

After I dropped her off at home, I decided to go to the VVC Symphony performance.  It was ok.

This next piece is from the New York City Symphony Orchestra.  Since New York is going to figure so greatly in our next Christmas story, I thought it might be appropriate.  I know you both probably don’t like classical music, so much.  But you might enjoy their version of “Silent Night.”
