Today was a crazy day.  It started out with someone rear ending me on the way to school.  I’m ok.  My neck hurts a bit.  If it still hurts tomorrow, I’ll go to the doctor.  Don’t worry about me, I’m tough. The car is ok too – just a little bumper damage.  I’ve already called the insurance company so I’ll get it fixed as soon as I can.  I may even get to use a rental car as they repair the car.

Next, I ended up teaching Hebrew class tonight which I was not prepared to do.  You see, I sing well, but reading Hebrew characters without transliteration is not a strength of mine.

I sucked it up and did it anyway.  And it turns out, I did a pretty good job.

Yes, I can read this.  That’s pretty cool, huh?!

We say this prayer before we read the most sacred book we have: the Torah/Bible.

I just stopped being afraid I couldn’t do it and – I did it!

Someday, I’ll be ready for Israel.  Anyone wanna go with me?  Wouldn’t it be something to be baptized in the same river Jesus was baptized in?  To walk the streets of Jerusalem?  To float in the Dead Sea and get a spa treatment?  Remember when Purity and I went to that spa ?  Too much fun!!
