Nothing too exciting to report: working long hours, grading our CAASPP pretests.  I have to tell you – those tests are ridiculous for Fourth Graders.  The poor kids are so lost.  I guess they wouldn’t be if I taught to the test.  But I need to teach other things like: cursive writing, reading, basic math etc… I hope you are having better luck with it.  I’m definitely going to have to push more writing.  I’m going to have to change my daily routine to get more writing in !
