I saw these REALLY cute sheets a few weeks ago when I was shopping with Grandma at Target. I bought them and just finished putting them on my bed. Aren’t they cute! I’m also drinking lots of Bea’s drink: Sparkling Ice because it is allowed (in small quantities) on my transformation diet. As you can see, kitty is enjoying her evening very much. Today is my free day: no working out. I still have to drink a gallon of water and keep eating uber healthy. I’m also getting some grocery shopping and laundry done.
I’m going to go get some sushi in a few minutes. I’m excited to eat something different that cooked fish, chicken or turkey. I’ll get the sushi from the grocery store or from my favorite sushi bar. If it looks like this:
This is Chinese sushi. I can replace the white rice for brown rice I’ve already cooked. I know, you hate the idea of raw fish. You don’t know what you are missing. More sushi for me! And Chinese New Year is coming up soon so now I can eat this or a chicken stir fry! Yum!
I think I’ll watch a movie set in China: The Inn of the Sixth Happiness. It was made in 1958 and stars Ingrid Bergman. In acting class, years ago, folks used to refer to me lovingly as “Ingrid Bergman.” Here’s the movie trailer. You can find the film in it’s entirety on YouTube or on Netflix.
