Well, it’s twenty one days till Halloween and ONE day until a very special young lady’s birthday! Time to decorate! I’ve bought owl – everything I can find. I’ve also purchased my Halloween candy for this year: Kit Kats and Gummy candy. I’m also giving out Mounds bars for Grandpa, Snickers for Grandma and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for me. We will be together – at least in Candyland. Today, I’m buying the last few items I need for Bea’s birthday. Grandma got her a little cake. I’m bringing the plates, goodie bags and balloons. We are so excited to celebrate your special day Bea! Keep an eye out for my story – Three Americans in Paris. Until then, enjoy making your own Halloween decorations. I know you are “all grown up now.” But sometimes, you gotta confess, its fun to be a little girl again. So, I dare you … bust out the glue and scissors and make something creative that makes you smile when you walk into your room. It will only take a few minutes. There is a cool video attached that shows you how to make Halloween owls out of toilet paper rolls (I know you folks must go through TONS of toilet paper) and cupcake cups. I’m sure waiting until tomorrow is difficult. But this should make the wait a little easier. Love Ya!
