source link The first question of the night had to do with how the candidates are presenting themselves as good models for children who may be watching the debates. Neither candidate really discussed how THEY are good models of adults who play “the game” of running for public office as responsible citizens.

How are we good? Is it good to nominate people who lie and manipulate the American people?

George Washington was not the “I cannot tell a lie” president he has been made out to be. If he hadn’t lied to the British about the state of our troops during the revolution, America would not be here today.

Most people don’t respect such a person. But this is a presidential election – so it’s ok? There are worse crimes. And BOTH of these candidates have committed them: non disclosure, hiding (or deleting) evidence, rape, verbal and sexual assault…and the list goes on.
