Long day today.  Taught all day and then most of the evening, at least it felt that way.  No time for the gym tonight.  I notice I’m really happy after I work out.  It doesn’t matter what has happened, the workout tends to change my day.  But, I’m making more money (three teaching jobs will do that for you) and putting it away in the bank.  You never know when you might need it right?!  Always good to have something stashed away.

This song is from a very cool movie called New in Town.  This very career minded gal has to go to Minnesota to help close a plant that her company owns.  But then she falls in love with this cute union rep (blah, blah, blah…) I don’t pay attention to the love story line so much. I do enjoy the way the writer gets scrapbooking into the story.  I do need to get back into working on your books.

It almost seems like another place or country, doesn’t it?  But you are a lifetime resident of that country as far as I’m concerned.  I love you both so much and “I wanna be with you.” Tift Merritt sings this song during a poignant moment in the movie.  Enjoy her sad, but very lovely version of “Another Country.”
