I don’t know if you remember Grandma’s raisen tea cake? She also makes a Christmas rum cake that is to die for! Yes, you can put alcohol in cake. Not too much. You won’t get tipsy. And combined with sugar, it’s pretty tasty. This recipe is for Christmas Fruitcake (like in the next post). It’s the same concept at the raisen and rum cakes, just slightly different ingredients.
