Dearest Purity,

The last time we “talked”, you expressed an interest in becoming a baker.  I hope all the recipes on the website are fun and inspiring for you.  This is a Noodle Pudding recipe that is similar to the one I’m making for the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashana.

I know you’ve had spaghetti before.  Imagine having a pasta casserole that is sweet tasting.  This recipe has pineapple in it.  I know you like pineapple on your pizza (Yes, I remember you used to like that!) so I hope you’ll watch the short video. Kugel is a side dish. I made roasted chicken as my protein and asparagus as my vegetable to complete this entree.

“Nosh” is a Jewish work for snack.  It’s a verb – which I know you remember this is an action word.  Someday, you can come over to my beautiful new home by the lake and we’ll make kugel together.  Then, we can nosh on the whole thing.  Yum!!
