The last day of the month always feels like a holiday because it’s payday! I had a doctor’s appointment this morning, but afterwards, my friend Kathy and I went back to the outlets in Barstow.  My window shopping last week paid off because I knew EXACTLY what stores had what I wanted to buy.  We had lunch and I got a few pieces of jewelry I wanted for my formal look for the cruise.  I got this bracelet:

I also bought a golden crown kinda headband.  Then, because Claire’s has this buy three, get another three things free deal, I also bought this for my iphone.

The moon situation is getting pretty crazy around here.  I’m OBSESSED!!!  I made Kathy get herself three free things. Anyway, Kathy and I had a lot of fun.  We both go to the same church.  We both are teachers so we have loads to talk about.  We’ve known each other for 14 years.  My, how time flies when you are having fun!  Here’s Cyndi Lauper singing, “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.”
