Warming up is important so you can get your body ready for exercise and avoid injuring the body. Cooling down is also important so your body can recover from exercise. My kids have voted to have PE at 8:00 am every morning so they will be more excited about coming to school. I know, PE isn’t nearly as exciting at your age. But my kids still like it. Here is the video we are watching to fulfill our objective. If you exercise each day, you could incorporate one or more warm ups or cool downs so you can keep up with your favorite “sketchy scribe.”
