Welcome to the Sisterly Six O’Clock News.  I’m Prudence Scattergoode and I’m here to get you up to speed on all the good news of the sisterhood.

Looks like my move to a house is going to be sooner than I thought.  My lease is up soon, so I’m already looking for some new digs.  I’m looking in your town so I can be closer to all the people I love most.  Remember what I’ve said to you…you are BOTH always welcome in my home.  Reassuring you of this was not wrong.  But if you choose to do something else when you are 18, I’m cool with that too: more money for amazing trips for me.  I’m thinking Italy or Israel might be fabulous.  I want you to do what makes YOU happy.

You can find/contact me through this website whenever you wish.  You should know that I was wrong about something regarding the website: you CAN post a comment WITHOUT it posting publicly.  I allow or trash ALL comments posted to the site.  Only I will read anything you post.  If you feel comfortable, you may contact me.  But only if you feel comfortable.

My friend Shelley has a son that goes to school in your town.  His name is Nathaniel W. and he is a track runner.  He drives a golden convertible and he is in the same class as you, Purity.  He has his eyes out for you both.  I pledge to you that I won’t send anymore lunches.  It was wise of you to stop accepting them.  I completely understood.  Respecting your parents’ wishes is a must.  I’m just curious if you are OK. Again, do what is best for you.  I’d love to hear from you, but I understand.

Also Jessie and Josie V.  have their eyes out for you at another school in your town.  They are twins and almost always smiling.  Their mother goes to my church.
