Smile – Even if You Don’t Feel Like it

I know, I know.  I hate it when some busy body comes along and demands that I smile.  But, it is actually really good for you.  I was in a training today with a brain research specialist and he said that real smiles and forced smiles BOTH make the brain release a chemical called dopamine.  Dopamine is a happy drug.  Hospitals use something similar to it to calm upset patients down.  So now you know.
