It is healthy to think well of yourself. You should be proud of yourself when you do good things. You should not have to sacrifice your feelings to make someone else happy. We all have to do things that are not our first choice sometimes. But when you do this, you also can promise yourself that you’ll do something that YOU want to do later– that feels good. Talk a walk with someone who cares about you, make yourself a warm cup of tea, or listen to beautiful music that lifts you up and out of what is making you blue. I hope, my sweet sisters, that you learn to love yourselves. It is a very special relationship and one that will be with you for your entire life. Be your own hero and best friend. I believe in you.
