Well, it’s officially here – summer vacay! Are you glad? I sure am.
I have lots of plans: things I need to do. Yes, being an adult means you have responsibilities in the summer too! I need to get the house cleaned for the parties, shop for my cruise, and catch up on some paperwork. I’ll need to secure an auto loan if SOMEONE wants her car. You see what I mean – responsibilities. ☺️ But I intend to have fun getting it all done. When I go back to school, I plan to be uber organized. Keep busy. Makes the days (until mid-July) go faster.
On that note – Remember, do what is best for you Purity. I’d love it if you came to stay with me. It will create problems, as you know. I’ll roll with whatever you decide. I do hope you’ll come. And I’m preparing for it. However, I’m also preparing for silence after your birthday. I’ll go crazy if I don’t prepare for that. I hope you understand.
Bea, get here when you can. I’ll keep writing my sweet scribe. Don’t you doubt that! Keep your chin up. You have a bit more time in this. But you are going to be so strong. You already are. Days like this give you strength of character. Strength of character means you have the strength to be tough when the situation requires it. Telling a boy to “leave you alone,” for example. Sometimes, you need to show your inner strength. And remember, if it wasn’t THIS situation, it would be something else. “Into every life, a little drama must fall.”
Try to have a beautiful summer. Smile often, giggle – oh so much! Laughter is the best medicine. Waste a little time too! Watch some tv, stop and listen to the birds chirping, look up and enjoy the moon on a summer’s night. I love you, sweet sisters!
This song is being tooted as one of the top ten best summer songs this year. It’s called, “Wasted Time.” Thanks Keith Urban.
