go What a great old (grrrr) song. I was about Bea’s age and in high school when the movie, Flashdance, came out. This song is referred to as the Flashdance theme song. The girl in the movie, Alexandra, dreams of being a dancer. But she works in a steel mill. It’s a very hard life and she’s never caught a break. Then, someone comes along and offers her the break she’s been waiting for. Question is, will Alex be brave enough to take her shot at happiness? Her final dance decides her fate…at least for the short term. Its a Hollywood movie. You know it’s gotta end happily. And sometimes life ends happily too!
