You are in the home stretch. 8 months to go until you are the big 18. Christmas vacation is a great time to do research if that’s possible. Do you think your parents might agree to take you and your sister to the library? Everyone gets 1 hour fee on the web there provided you have a library card. I dont know what school you are at, but Granite has a cool link on their website that looks like thus:

It discusses what to do when you are 18: renting an apartment, paying bills, etc… Its a good introduction to what you are about to face. Give it a look- see. Might help.

I was also talking to a friend of mine who teaches at our local community college. He told me that high school students who want to graduate early can take courses at the college for $1 a unit. So most classes would cost you only $3. College students have to pay $90 per class. What a deal! Put all those good grades and study habits to work for you!
