Worked out again today. We had this squat challenge. Maybe you’ve heard of it: “Bring Sally Up.” You go into a squat position whenever Moby says to “Bring Sally Down” and you stay in it until Moby says to “Bring Sally up.” It’s excruciating! But I hear it makes your calves and legs really defined. We started with this and ended with a ” run to the wall and back.” I’ve lost 2.7 pounds so far. Hoping to see more this next week. Weigh ins are Monday mornings. We are not supposed to get on the scale sooner than that. Besides, we gotta lose the 20 lbs according to THEIR scale. Anyway, I’m having fun, meeting new friends, enjoying the company of old friends and whipping my body into shape. I’m so unfit! But, I won’t be for long! Sally Up girlies and do a few squats with me.
